7k Main Race

Start time: 6:00 p.m.
A two lap multi-terrain course taking in grass, footpath, woodlands and a short distanc e of private road, all in and around Radford Park and surrounding areas.
£9 to UKA members, £11 unaffiliated. £1 extra on the day.
The wearing of music players with earphones is strongly discouraged. Your safety could be put at risk if you can't hear Marshal instructions. No dogs.

3k Fun Run

Start time: 5:15 p.m.
A single circuit around the same area as the main race.
