Welcome one and all!

We are a friendly running club based in Plymstock, Plymouth. 
We are happy to meet, greet and say "hello" to anyone who runs or wants to run - whether it's for a social,
a health and fitness or a competeitive reason. We aim to make running fun and enjoyable for all levels of ability.

We would love to see non-runners who would like to take up running and do not know where, or how to start.

Where?? That's the easy bit:
We are located in the Church Hall, St Margaret Mary's Catholic Church on Quarry Park Road, Plymstock PL9 7BB
It's just opposite The Drakes Drum pub, on Radford Park Road.

When?? We meet at 18:15 every Thursday, leaving the church hall about 6.35.
Have a look at our training session page to see which of the four distances you would prefer to run that evening.

How? Well come along and say Hello and give Plymstock Road Runners and running a try.

Our club fees are a one off payment of £20* with NO weekly fee to pay.
Your first two sessions are completely FREE with no obligation to join the club.

Monday - Senior Focused training
6:15 pm for a specialist repetition session (speed, hills, fartlek) in the local area. Click the link above or check with the Club or
Club Noticeboard to the left for details.

Most starts are from Dean Cross car park and in the summertime this includes sessions every other week on the 200m
grass track at Goosewell School.

Tuesday - Junior training
6:15 - 7:30 pm at Plymstock School.

Wednesday - Senior training
6:15 pm for a training session (speed, hills, fartlek, or even cycling) in the local area. Click the link above or check with the Club or
Club Noticeboard to the left for details.

Thursday - Senior training (including the Routes & Tea Rota)
6:15 pm at the club for a choice of four routes ranging from 2 miles up to 6+ miles (depending on the time of year).
If you are a complete novice and/or new to running, we will help you with support with one of our members.
This may mean a short walk/jog/run around the area. As you progress you can join in on one of the longer routes.
